It is the mission of STOP Abusive Family Environments, Inc. (SAFE), Inc. to provide a safe place for victims of domestic violence and implement programs that create stability and self-determination for individuals seeking freedom, empowerment and self-sufficiency. SAFE also provides services to victims of sexual violence, stalking and human trafficking. Counties served include McDowell, Mercer, and Wyoming.
